Fact: we’re not the right fit for every financial professional. We also recognize you’re interviewing us as much as we’re getting to know you. How do you know if we’re the right fit to work together?

We’re likely NOT the right fit to work together IF:

  • You don’t actually give a **** about your clients. Being a fiduciary means the world to us, even before it was regulated and ‘cool’ to be a fiduciary.
  • You’re not a nice person because there are two types of people in this world: nice, and not nice. If you’re not sure which type you are, we’re probably not the right fit.
  • You’re looking for someone magic pill to plug into your advisory business without doing the necessary work.
  • You’re a brand-new advisor or an advisor who doesn’t have at least $10M in AUM. (That’s not a random metric, by the way. That lets us know you already have momentum and you’re dedicated to doing work.)

We likely ARE the right fit to work together IF:

  • You’re eager to learn and maybe even unlearn some of what your CFP or other type of designation or licensure process taught you.
  • You’re ready to invest in how you, your fellow advisors, your support team, and even your clients talk about your work and why it matters.
  • You have at least $10M AUM. There are some exceptions, but we typically work with advisory businesses with around $20M AUM and at least two employees (part-time or more).
